Regional Operations Leader — North England & Scotland

Vital Energi is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-site delivery across the North of England and Scotland. You will drive operational excellence, oversee Contract Managers and Operations Managers, and ensure safe, compliant, and financially strong performance of regional contracts.

You will shape governance, coaching, and development plans, strengthening leadership across the region while delivering customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
