Vital Energi are excited to announce that were looking for an experienced and driven Regional Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across the North of England and Scotland region for our O&M business unit, overseeing sites and engineers across the North of England and Scotland.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be accountable for regional operational performance, ensuring the successful delivery of contracts whilst driving commercial performance and margin growth. You will champion compliance, customer satisfaction, and service quality, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved across all operations.

Leading a team of Contract Managers and Operations Managers, you will provide strategic direction, foster a high- performance culture, and support the development of your teams to deliver exceptional results for our customers and stakeholders.
