Regional Sales Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading business within the home improvement sector in their search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager with a strong B2C background to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Surveyors. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive sales performance, improve conversion rates and embed best practice across your region. The Role As the Regional Sales Manager, you will spend around four days each week in the field coaching your team, supporting performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Regular travel across the Southwest, including occasional overnight stays, is required.
