Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Water)

A leading industrial water treatment business is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across clean water treatment and water recovery solutions (this role is clean water-focused, not wastewater). You will own the full solution sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to convert opportunities into profitable, well-executed projects.

• Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across the South of England through targeted prospecting, cold outreach, networking and account development
• Own the full sales cycle - discovery, solution shaping, proposals, commercial negotiation and close
• Deliver against revenue and margin targets with disciplined forecasting and reporting
• Manage and grow key accounts, developing long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Coordinate internally with engineering, operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer outcomes
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and relevant industry events as required

• Proven B2B sales experience in a technical or engineered solutions environment, selling to technical stakeholders
