Regional Senior Operations Leader – Healthcare Services

Capita Health Assessment Advisory Service is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager to lead up to 10 teams of Functional Specialists across the Midlands and Wales, guiding the end-to-end service to deliver excellence.

You will drive performance against targets, manage budgets, stakeholder relationships, lead change projects, ensure safety and compliance, and champion continuous improvement and a strong customer and employee experience.
