Regional SHEQ Director – Construction & Utilities

Irwin & Colton is seeking a Regional Head of SHEQ to shape strategy and lead regional safety, quality and environmental performance for the Leeds area. You will drive continuous improvement across projects and ensure compliance with relevant standards on the Severn Trent Water framework.

Circa £78,000 salary is offered with a focus on developing a safety‑driven culture, mentoring a SHEQ team, and collaborating with clients, partners and internal teams to embed best practices across the region.
