Regional SHEQ Leader – Safety, Quality & Compliance

Irwin and Colton is seeking a Regional Head of SHEQ to lead strategy and drive continuous improvement across regional projects in the East Midlands. The role focuses on shaping policies, promoting a safety‑driven culture and ensuring regulatory compliance in a design and build environment.

You will manage SHEQ teams, coordinate audits and investigations, and build strong client and partner relationships to embed SHEQ in all processes.
