Located on Norton Road in Stockton-on-Tees, Tees Grange has 30 bedrooms across three small, purpose-built units, creating a homely, and supportive environment thats more responsive to individual needs. Tees Grange provides an excellent opportunity for a new manager to hit the ground running, with a Good CQC rating, full occupancy and a trained nurse led team dedicated to making everyday better for the individuals we support. The three units at Tees Grange provide care for people with severe cognitive impairment arising from a neurological condition, mental health conditions, behavioural needs, personality disorder and schizophrenia. You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, ideally you will be a practicing RMN or an RNLD/RGN with experience in complex mental health and challenging behaviors.
