Location: ‎Taunton Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £ 40,000 per year + bonus Hours: 40 hours per week We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and ambitious Registered Care Manager to lead the launch and development of a brand-new domiciliary care branch in the Taunton area. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a new service from the ground up while benefiting from the support of an experienced central team. As the founding Registered Care Manager, you will lead the branch through CQC registration, build a high-performing local team, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care. Registered Care Manager will ensure the service delivers safe, effective, and high-quality care while building strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and the local community.
