Oxfordshire £28.60 - £35.20 per hour Full-Time, Part-Time, Days & Nights Available Make a Real Difference in a Child's Life We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to join our specialist complex care team, supporting a young client within their family home in Oxfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a one-to-one setting, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and the best possible quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of a dedicated care team, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care tailored to the child's individual needs
Administering medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidelines
Assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times
Supporting a range of clinical procedures and interventions as required
Working collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care delivery
What We're Looking For
Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) qualification
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Previous experience within complex care is desirable but not essential
