Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experiencedRegistered Children's Nurse (RCN)to support a7-year-old child with complex clinical needsin a home care setting in Sittingbourne. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver1:1 specialist paediatric care, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Administration ofTPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)and central line care
Medication administrationin line with clinical guidelines
Jejunostomy and ileostomy care
Maintainingstrict fluid balance monitoring
Monitoring viapulse oximetry
Deliveringpersonal xkybehq carewith dignity and respect
Seizure Management including Buccal midazolam

Available Shifts : Every Wednesday and Saturday 20.00pm-07.00am
