Registered Manager   Children's Residential Home Stafford ST18 Full Time | £55,000 + Performance Bonus   Lead a Good-rated home and make a lasting difference to young lives   Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?   We are seeking a passionate, child-centred Registered Manager to lead our established children's residential home in Staffordshire. Our home is proud to hold a Good Ofsted rating, reflecting the commitment of our team and the positive outcomes achieved for the young people in our care.   This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established service, supported by an experienced senior leadership team that values quality care, professional development and positive outcomes for children and young people.   As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive, while leading and inspiring a dedicated staff team to deliver exceptional care.
