Registered Domiciliary Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and commercially minded Registered Manager to join an established team with strong foundations already in place. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth. You will lead a supportive team and provide a positive working culture and work closely with senior management to drive the next phase of development. Responsibilities: Holding full operational responsibility for the performance, profitability and care delivery of the branch. Ensuring transparent communication across office and field teams to strengthen morale and operational consistency. Developing referral pathways and building relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare professionals and local organisations. Overseeing care planning to ensure safe, person-centred support and premium service delivery. Managing complaints and safeguarding matters with professionalism and empathy.
