Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a turnaround project from “Requires Improvement” to “Good” within an established domiciliary care service in Aylesbury.   You'll inherit a committed and stable team, including a Care Coordinator who has been with the branch for 3 years. The Director will give you the autonomy to implement your own ideas and strengthen the service's auditing, care planning, risk assessment and competency processes.   Better still, you won't be expected to take on CQC registration for your first three months.   What's on offer: £45,000 per annum. Salary review to £50,000 within year one. 33 days annual leave (25 days + bank holidays). 1 additional day's annual leave for each year with the company.
