Domus Recruitment are working with an award-winning, fast-growing domiciliary care provider to recruit an experienced Manager to oversee their services across North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider with an excellent reputation, high retention of care staff and a strong office team. The business is continuing to grow and is looking for a strong, experienced manager who can help take the service to the next level. What’s on offer: £45,000 - £52,500 salary, with the potential to go higher for exceptional candidates Bonus or equity available for the right individual Award-winning and fast-growing care provider Strong retention of care staff Excellent reputation within the market Open and flexible working environment, with performance judged on quality and results rather than exact hours worked Modern office Free parking Genuine opportunity to grow with an ambitious businessRegistered Manager Key Responsibilities: Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the service Lead and develop the office team, ensuring high standards of care and customer service Maintain strong CQC compliance and quality standards across the services Oversee care delivery, staffing, recruitment, performance and operational activity Monitor key performance indicators and ensure the services continue to grow Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals Drive continuous improvement across the services Lead and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment Ensure the services continue to meet and exceed regulatory and company standardsEssential Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Proven experience leading and developing a care team Strong understanding of operational management within homecare Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleIf you are interested in this position, please apply, or for more information contact James Paton at Domus Recruitment.
