As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership and development of the home, ensuring children receive safe, nurturing and high-quality care. Lead the development and operation of a brand-new 3-bed therapeutic SEMH home * Build and maintain a positive, nurturing and child-centred culture * Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care are maintained * Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted requirements and relevant regulations * Promote positive outcomes for children and young people * Take part in a 1 in 10 on-call rota, with additional payment provided * We're looking for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
