Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD) Location: Walsall Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum (DOE), plus performance-related package (details discussed at shortlist stage) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Walsall, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to establish a high-quality service from the ground up, leading the home through Ofsted registration and the initial inspection, recruiting and developing a committed staff team, and creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
