Home Care Service Location: Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent About the Role Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead their established Home Care service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
You'll oversee the day-to-day running of a CQC-registered domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and operational performance while supporting the continued growth of the service.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the CQC-registered Home Care service.
Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered to all service users.
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and all relevant legislation.
Oversee quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement activities.
Prepare for CQC inspections and ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
Lead, support and develop the care team through effective supervision, training and performance management.
Promote safeguarding, equality, dignity and person-centred care throughout the service.
Support the growth and development of the service while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Previous experience managing a domiciliary care or home care service.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
Experience managing and developing care teams.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for people.
A full UK driving licence.
