New 4-Bed Children’s Home | Lead the Registration & Opening | Salary up to £80,000 Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to lead a brand-new home from the very beginning? Leaders In Care are working with an ambitious provider who are opening a new 4-bedded children’s home in Harrow. The home is based within a fully prepared 7-bedroom property and currently has no children placed, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to establish the home, shape the team and build a high-quality service from the ground up. The provider already has an Responsible Individual (RI) in place and is looking for a strong Registered Manager to take ownership of the home and lead it through the Ofsted registration process and opening. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have a key role in developing and managing the home, ensuring children receive outstanding care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
