Role: Registered Manager – Specialist Children's Home (New Service) Location: Rotherham, South YorkshireHours: Full TimeSalary: £55,000 Join us for a truly unique opportunity with an immediate start, helping establish a brand-new specialist children's home for two children with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD. What will you be doing?

• Supporting the development and launch of a new specialist children's home.
• Building positive relationships with local professionals, education providers, health services and social care teams.
• Helping recruit, develop and support a compassionate, values-led staff team.
• Creating a positive culture built on dignity, consistency, patience and aspiration.
• Preparing a calm, nurturing home that feels like home, not an institution.
• Working closely with the Responsible Individual and Directors throughout the Ofsted registration process and beyond.

Experience/qualifications required:

• Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism and/or ADHD.
• Previous experience within children's residential care.
• Strong leadership skills with a child-centred approach.
