Support, develop, and motivate the care team to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents. Requirements as a Registered Manager: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
