This is an excellent opportunity for RMNs seeking regular shifts, flexible work and varied mental health experience. The Role As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health needs while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe and effective mental health nursing care in line with NMC standards. * Complete patient assessments, care planning, risk assessments and clinical reviews. * Support individuals experiencing acute and complex mental health conditions. * Administer medication safely and monitor patient responses. * Develop therapeutic relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals. * Promote recovery-focused care, independence, dignity and patient wellbeing. * Recognise changes in mental and physical health and escalate concerns appropriately. * Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. * Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. * Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical governance procedures. Essential Requirements * Current NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). * Minimum 6 months' UK mental health nursing experience. * Previous experience within mental health hospitals, inpatient services, community mental health or specialist settings. * Valid Enhanced DBS. * Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment. * Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassionate, reliable and professional approach. * Right to work in the UK.
