The Role As a
Registered Nurse,
youll provide person-centred care that meets thephysical, psychological, and social needsof our residents. Youll:
Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
Essential Criteria Current NMC registration (RGN)
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
