Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse: Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents Administer medication and monitor residents' clinical needs Develop, review, and maintain individualised care plans Work collaboratively with carers, senior staff, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements as a Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) Active NMC PIN Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting
