If you’re an experienced Registered Service Manager looking to step into a genuinely influential leadership role, this opportunity offers the scope to shape a supported living and community service.
As Registered Service Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and regulatory compliance of our Supported Living, Outreach, and Respite services. You’ll be the registered individual with CQC for these services, ensuring consistently high-quality, person-centred support for the young people we work with.

You’ll be joining a small but growing provider supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including neurodivergent individuals, to live independent and fulfilling lives. We currently operate:
4 Supported Living services
3 Outreach services
1 Respite service
A dedicated team of 14 staffKey Responsibilities
Hold Registered Manager accountability for supported living and community services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.
Full time with bi-weekly on-call expectationsAbout You
Current Registered Manager experience within supported living care or community-based services.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children’s services.
