Registered Service Manager

As Registered Service Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and regulatory compliance of our Supported Living, Outreach, and Respite services. Youll be the registered individual with CQC for these services, ensuring consistently high-quality, person-centred support for the young people we work with.

Youll be joining a small but growing provider supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including neurodivergent individuals, to live independent and fulfilling lives. We currently operate:

• 4 Supported Living services
• 3 Outreach services
• 1 Respite service
