A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Regulatory Compensation Specialist to join its EMEA Compensation & Benefits team in London. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification processes across EMEA.
• Contribute to regulatory remuneration reporting, submissions and disclosures, including data validation and analysis.
• Support year-end compensation activities, including deferrals, regulatory calculations, controls and governance reviews.
• Prepare materials and analysis for remuneration committees and governance forums.
