A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Regulatory Compensation Specialist to join its EMEA Compensation & Benefits team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compensation professional to develop deep expertise in regulatory remuneration within a highly respected and complex international environment.

Working as part of a specialist team, you will support the governance and oversight of compensation practices across EMEA, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while partnering with stakeholders across HR, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification processes across EMEA.

Contribute to regulatory remuneration reporting, submissions and disclosures, including data validation and analysis.

Support year-end compensation activities, including deferrals, regulatory calculations, controls and governance reviews.

Prepare materials and analysis for remuneration committees and governance forums.

Partner with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit to ensure adherence to compensation regulations.

Assist with compensation-related projects and automation initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and controls.

Maintain robust documentation, governance processes and regulatory assessments.

Monitor regulatory developments and help assess their impact on compensation programmes and practices.

Requirements Experience within Compensation, Reward or Regulatory Remuneration in a large financial services or multinational environment.

Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large, complex datasets.

Demonstrated interest in UK and EU remuneration regulations and governance frameworks.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

A collaborative approach and experience building relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. xwzovoh

Previous experience of regulatory compensation or remuneration regulation is beneficial but not essential.
