Regulatory & Compliance Coordinator- Cosmetics Location: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH Are you an experienced Regulatory & Compliance professional with a background in cosmetics or beauty products? We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced product development team, supporting multiple beauty brands and ensuring products meet all regulatory and compliance requirements from concept through to launch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in cosmetic compliance who can confidently manage projects independently and thrive in a busy environment. The Role Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners, you will take ownership of regulatory and compliance activities across a wide range of cosmetic products. Key responsibilities include: * Reviewing and assessing ingredient (INCI) listings to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements * Gathering and maintaining technical documentation for cosmetic products * Managing product registrations, including submissions to relevant cosmetic portals * Coordinating product testing programmes, including stability, compatibility, challenge and other required testing * Managing and maintaining CPSRs and supporting compliance documentation * Collecting, analysing and maintaining compliance data for reporting, audits and customer requests * Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders to obtain technical information and resolve compliance queries * Preparing user trial questionnaires and other regulatory documentation * Maintaining compliance systems and databases, ensuring accurate record keeping * Supporting ethical and certification programmes, including cruelty-free and related compliance requirements * Ensuring products remain compliant throughout their lifecycle across multiple markets About You * Minimum 2 years' experience within cosmetics regulatory affairs, compliance or product safety * Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements * Experience reviewing INCI lists and managing technical documentation * Knowledge of CPSRs, product testing and cosmetic product registrations * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Confident working independently and taking ownership of your workload * Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across suppliers, customers and internal teams * Experience using compliance systems and databases (Aptean experience would be an advantage) What's on Offer * Opportunity to work across established beauty and cosmetics brands * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Hybrid working opportunities * Exposure to a broad range of cosmetic products and international compliance activities * Career development within a growing business If you're passionate about cosmetic compliance and enjoy working in a fast-moving product environment, we'd love to hear from you
