Summary of Role:
You’ll inherit a modest sized portfolio of Real Estate Finance clients with individual debt levels of typically
Essential Knowledge & Experience in the UK:
- Significant experience structuring Real Estate Finance transactions
- Strong credit skills with experience presenting to credit committees
- An established introducer network
- A proven track record of originating new business
- A proven relationship manager in a commercial banking or very similar environment
- Team leadership experience is desirable but not essential
