Relief Chef Manager: Seasonal Menus & Fresh Food

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our contracted catering operations across the South M25 region and surrounding areas. You’ll lead kitchens at pace, manage menus, costings and staff, and deliver exceptional fresh, seasonal menus.

Ideal candidates will have Head Chef or Chef Manager experience in contract catering, with City & Guild qualifications, and a strong command of English written and spoken. Join a family-owned leader in ethical catering.
