About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, no two days are ever the same. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support in our services in

Market Weighton , helping people to live as independently as possible while enjoying fulfilling lives. You'll work alongside friendly, supportive teams where kindness, respect and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts that work around your availability while making a meaningful difference every time you come to work. What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is: Kind, caring and empathetic

Passionate about supporting others

A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and willing to work across our services in Market Weighton, Goole and Howden

Willing to learn and complete ongoing training

A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role. Shift Patterns

Our services operate 24 hours a day, so shifts may include: Day shifts

Night shifts

Weekend working

Sleep-in shifts

You'll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability. As a Relief Support Worker, You Will:

Support people with everyday living tasks, including cooking, cleaning and shopping

Assist with managing finances, medication and healthcare appointments

Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and the local community

Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals

Build meaningful, trusting relationships while providing emotional support

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support for people with complex needs

About the People You'll Support

The gentlemen we support enjoy a wide range of activities both at home and in their local communities. They love getting creative with arts and crafts, helping to cook meals, and taking pride in keeping their homes clean and tidy. They also enjoy swimming, bowling, cinema trips, meals out and exploring new places. You'll support them to maintain healthy lifestyles by assisting with meal planning, attending health appointments, managing medication and encouraging them to try new experiences and achieve their goals.
