Join us as the Remediation Compliance Manager and help ensure leaseholders, lenders and colleagues receive a compliant, efficient and high-quality service across Peabody's fire remediation programme. What You'll Do As Remediation Compliance Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of Peabody's leaseholder Deed of Certificate (DoC) programme, landlord certificate production and lender assurance function. You'll ensure the successful management of approximately 13,000 leaseholder accounts while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service. Leading a team of seven, you'll translate programme objectives into deliverable caseloads, oversee performance, manage risk and provide operational leadership across a business-critical function. What You'll Do * Manage and develop a team of seven Remediation Compliance Engagement Managers and one Remediation Compliance Administrator, driving high performance and continuous improvement. * Translate programme plans into deliverable caseloads and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet priorities and deadlines. * Oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of case management activities, leaseholder engagement and record keeping. * Lead the day-to-day production of landlord certificates, supporting property sales and disposals across the organisation. * Manage lender assurance enquiries relating to remortgaging, sales and staircasing, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely responses. * Monitor operational performance, risks and service delivery, escalating issues where appropriate. * Maintain accurate and auditable records to support governance, compliance, audit requirements and potential litigation. * Work collaboratively with teams across Housing, Property, Legal and Fire Remediation to support programme objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
