Remote Commercial Litigation Counsel — Product Liability

Elevate is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer on a 12-month interim basis to join its in-house legal team. The role focuses on product liability and product safety matters, supporting risk management and dispute resolution in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3–4 PQE, strong commercial litigation experience, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
