Remote Executive Events & Visits Coordinator

Transport for Wales is seeking a proactive Events and Corporate Engagement Coordinator. You will support planning, logistics and drafting communications for activities involving the Chair, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team.

You'll coordinate multi-event logistics, maintain records, and help prepare briefing materials to present TfW's expertise and values to stakeholders, working with teams across the organisation.
