Remote Global Contracts Counsel – In-House Legal

Our client, a legal function, seeks a Solicitor qualified in the UK with at least four years PQE to join the in-house team. The role focuses on reviewing and drafting commercial contracts across EMEA and CIS, including teaming and subcontracts with international partners.

Key duties include advising on disputes, supporting market entry, and managing external counsel for specialist matters, with infrequent international travel and monthly London/Oxfordshire meetings.
