Remote Heart Failure Specialist Pharmacist & Prescriber

IQVIA LLC is recruiting a Heart Failure Specialist Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber to support an ATTR-CM Amyloidosis programme delivered in partnership with the National Amyloidosis Centre at the Royal Free Hospital. This part‑time role is remote with one day a week onsite in London.

You will run structured virtual clinics, review treatment response, optimise guideline‑directed medical therapy and educate patients, carers and clinical colleagues.
