Remote HR Onboarding & Resourcing Specialist

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist (Work from Home) to support Just Mortgages with end-to-end onboarding and delivering a first-class candidate experience.

The role covers administration, onboarding, and compliance, using BambooHR and PeopleHR, with induction scheduling and progress tracking. This is a home-based role requiring South Wales-based applicants, with team meetings and events occasionally in-person.
