Remote ML Engineer — Production AI & MLOps (Contract)

Mercor is seeking a skilled ML Engineer (Coding Agent Experience) to work remotely on frontier AI coding agents and ML systems. You will review model implementations for training, inference, MLOps, and LLM applications, identifying bugs and performance issues while comparing outputs across frontier models.

The role emphasizes evaluating technical tradeoffs and applying sound engineering judgment to realistic ML scenarios, with compensation on a per-accepted-task basis.
