Residential Valuation Surveyor - Herts & London area - £Neg (DOE) - REMOTE / HYBRID We are actively seeking Residential Valuation Surveyors from Assistant to Senior level to work for a growing independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, covering properties within Home Counties and London. Hybrid and remote working is part of the role. About the Role You will be responsible for carrying out a range of residential surveys and valuations across London and the surrounding counties, which include * RICS Level 2 Home Surveys * RICS Level 2 Home Surveys with Valuations * RICS Level 3 Building Surveys * Residential Market Valuations * Reinstatement Cost Assessments * RICS Red Book Valuations (where VRS registered) This role offers the autonomy to manage your own diary while benefiting from full administrative support, quality assurance, and modern digital systems that allow you to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
