Leadership & Talent Development Lead 12-Month Fixed Term Contract This is an exciting opportunity to influence the development of leaders at every level of the organisation, helping to create a culture where colleagues can thrive, grow and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. Working within our Global Learning Academy, you'll design and deliver impactful leadership and talent development initiatives that directly support our business strategy, values and future success. Partner with Learning Business Managers and the Talent Team to identify leadership and development needs using effective learning discovery techniques. Design and deliver innovative learning solutions aligned to business strategy, utilising a range of learning methods including face-to-face learning, digital content, webinars and podcasts. Project manage the end-to-end design, development and implementation of leadership and talent development programmes. Coordinate and manage the contributions of subject matter experts and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time. Lead cross-functional project teams throughout the learning design and development lifecycle. Facilitate leadership and management development programmes, creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and sharing learning best practice and emerging trends in leadership development. You are highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable balancing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proven experience in blended learning design, development and innovation. (Strong background in leadership, management and talent development. (End-to-end Learning & Development experience across a variety of learning styles and delivery methods. (Experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual classrooms and modern learning approaches. (Strong stakeholder management, consultancy and business partnering skills. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution and delivery against timelines and budgets. Experience using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure learning effectiveness. Ability to influence stakeholders and provide professional challenge to support the development of high-quality learning solutions. Experience managing suppliers and external partners within learning and development projects is desirable.
