Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

The Role

As a Repair Technician, you will assess and repair luggage, ensuring every item is handled to a high standard and in line with the required manufacturer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing luggage to determine the appropriate repair required
• Identifying whether items can be repaired or should be replaced
• Carrying out repairs using approved methods and genuine parts
• Using your sewing skills as part of the repair process
• Identifying when replacement parts are required
• Completing repairs once parts become available
• Maintaining accurate repair records
• Ensuring repairs meet quality and customer service standards
• Working closely with colleagues in a busy workshop environment
