JR340: Repairs Administrator Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £26,227 Per Annum Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Repairs Administrator on behalf of one of our clients. Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Repairs Admin duties. Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls. Resolve any customer queries and problems that come through. Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel. Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the department heads. Skills & Qualifications: Administrator experience is preferred. Experience of working in a multi-sited company. Experience of high volume, high pressure environments. Customer Service experience. Excellent communication skills. In return our client offers: Competitive Salary.
