Repairs Coordinator / Claims Handler Hucknall / Annesley / Mansfield (Nottinghamshire) £25,000 £30,000 + benefits | Permanent | Full-time (35 hours) Working Hours: MondayFriday (8am4pm, 9am5pm or 10am6pm) Location: Office-based or hybrid (depending on location) The Role We are seeking a Repairs Coordinator / Claims Handler to manage property repairs from instruction through to completion. You will liaise with homeowners, contractors, trades and surveyors to ensure projects run efficiently and within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities Coordinate repairs projects end-to-end Maintain accurate system records and documentation Schedule works and monitor progress against SLAs/KPIs Escalate delays, compliance issues and complaints Support contractor onboarding and compliance documentation Work closely with Contracts Managers to ensure service delivery About You Experience in property repairs, reactive maintenance or insurance claims Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using systems and managing multiple tasks Full UK driving licence and own transport required Location & Benefits Based around Hucknall, Annesley or Mansfield Office-based preferred; some flexibility for the right candidate Free parking (limited public transport access) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Apply now with your CV to join a growing, well-respected organisation within the insurance claims sector.
