Repairs & Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager (Industrial) 50,000 - £60,000 + Overtime OTE 70k + Company Bonus + Days Based Are you a Maintenance Manager from an industrial, manufacturing or similar background, looking for a diverse role offering plenty of responsibility, overseeing nearly 30 Engineers within a large industrial site? On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a £100 million turnover company, where you can have your say in handling a range of large-scale engineering projects. In this role you will be split between day-to-day management of the engineers and handling engineering issues (80%) whilst getting stuck in on the tools when needed (20%). Your main tasks will be leading the team and resolving problems, ensuring production runs smoothly. This role would suit someone who has experience supervising or leading a team within engineering, looking for an exciting new challenge within a large industrial site where they can truly make their mark.
