Maintenance / Stock consition Surveyor
As a Maintenance Surveyor, your role will be to inspect and assess the condition of buildings, create maintenance plans, and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair works. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, comply with relevant regulations, and operate efficiently.
Previous experience within housing maintenance would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Property Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to assess their condition and identify maintenance requirements.
- Document and report findings, including defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and impact on operations.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality and safety.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to building maintenance and safety.
