We are seeking a passionate Fabrication & Welding Lecturer to bring real-world industry expertise into our training workshops . Deliver hands-on training to students advancing through Fabrication and Welding qualifications. Ignite student potential by turning raw talent into industry-ready fabricators and coded welders. Forge the future curriculum by directly influencing and enhancing the College's engineering provision. Overcome learning roadblocks by offering top-tier, supportive teaching and assessment to every individual. Be a master role model for students navigating workshop challenges to achieve career excellence. You will hold a teaching qualification or be working towards hold a level 3+ professional qualification in Fabrication & Welding have experience of teaching students/apprentices be well organised and able to manage your own workload hold an assessors award (Desirable) Why register with us?
