Stigma Campaign Develop and report

resident engagement

outcomes Organise a large annual event, gathering

resident

feedback to drive

service improvements Develop meaningful performance metrics reported by

residents

to monitor and guide service improvements Conduct data analysis based on

resident

feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance and inform decisions Oversee

resident engagement

events and activities to include the planning and delivery of

engagement events

and activities across

housing stock

, including general needs,

sheltered

, and

temporary accommodations Develop and implement strategies to engage underrepresented

resident groups Line-manage

Officers and Assistants Provide

residents

with transparent information on organisation performance, empowering them to challenge, scrutinise, and influence service improvements in line with the Consumer Standards Coordinate with the communications team to promote

resident engagement

activities through social media and other channels, ensuring effective outreach and participation Benefits: £40,777

annum Pension Experience required: Able to use lifts, climb up to 15 floors of stairs, and not afraid of heights Experience supervising, developing and motivating a team Experience setting and monitoring performance targets Experience delivering employee training Self-motivated, pro-active, empathetic, resilient, creative Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks Desirable experience: Experience delivering
