Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer £20 - £24 per hour  Redruth Temp to Perm I am looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a social housing provider with properties across Redruth. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across your designated area, covering Redruth and the surrounding areas. As a visible presence within the neighbourhoods, you will be the face of the organisation, providing an accessible service to both homeowners and tenants. Working in a mobile way, you will spend much of your time out in your patch, meeting residents, building relationships, and resolving issues.  Requirements for the Resident Liaison Officer Full UK Drivers Licence  Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and relationship building abilities. Experience in the same/ similar role. The capability to plan and manage your workload effectively without high levels of supervision. Strong resource and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver value for money. Experience working in an environment of legislative and organisational change. Proven problem solving and decision making skills. Resilience when handling challenging situations and delivering sustainable outcomes.
