Resident Liaison Officer – High-Rise Cladding * Location: West London * Salary: Up to £35,000 + Package * Sector: Construction / Cladding / Refurbishment * Job Type: Permanent Our client is a well-established, family-owned main contractor with over 25 years’ experience delivering construction, refurbishment and residential projects across London and the UK. With a £100m+ turnover and strong pipeline of work, they are now looking for a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a major high-rise cladding project in West London. The Role As RLO, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with residents throughout the project, ensuring they are kept informed and supported during the works. Key responsibilities include: * Acting as the main point of contact for residents. * Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints. * Communicating upcoming works, programme updates and potential disruption. * Arranging access to properties and coordinating resident visits. * Maintaining accurate records of resident communications. * Working closely with the site and project teams to resolve issues. About You * Previous experience as an RLO within refurbishment, social housing and cladding. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations. * Organised, proactive and professional. * Experience on high-rise, cladding or occupied residential projects is desirable.
